1. Provide consultancy to users on system and configurations.
2. Help users to decide equipments e.g. stations, printers and UPS.
3. Help users to buy all the equipments.

System Installment
Once the contracts on Experimenting and Training are signed, we will send engineers to design the line-laying and to take in charge of the system installment and experimenting. Training will be taken in the hotel to make each employee able to operate the system. Both class and operation will be combined for one to two weeks. Not until each employee passes the exam, can they operate the system.

System Maintenance
Once the system starts operating, one-year free maintenance is available, which includes the following parts:
1. Before the system starts operating, engineers will stay in the hotel and supervise the installment.
2. Regular visits will be paid in the future to ensure safe operation.
3. Every day, we have engineers taking in charge of distance maintenance to solve users' problems.
Once the free maintenance period expires, certain fee will be necessary for future maintenance.

Edition Updating
We are in charge of the soft updating, excluding newly developed modules.

Installment manual (including how to collect hotel system materials, preparation for installment, system installment schedule, training plan, etc.), Front Office user manual, Back Office user manual and system manager handbook
